माइनिंग सेस लगाने से बढ़ रहे चिप्स के भाव, रॉ मटेरियल के कॉस्ट बढ़|

घर बनाना हर किसी का सपना होता है। लेकिन बिल्डिंग मटेरियल की बढ़ती महंगाई के कारण आम लोगों के सपने टूट रहे हैं। बालू तो महंगा मिल ही रहा है अब बिल्डिंग मटेरियल की कीमतें भी आसमान छूने लगी हैं। सिर्फ एक से डेढ़ महीने में ही कीमतें 15-20% तक बढ़ गई हैं।

सीमेंट के भाव पिछले माह के शुरुआत तक 340 रुपए थे जो अब बढ़कर 390 रुपए पर आ गए हैं। वहीं, 7.50 रुपए प्रति पीस मिलने वाला ईंट 10 रुपए प्रति पीस हो गया है। इसी तरह चिप्स, बालू, छड़ की कीमतें भी बढ़ी हैं। कीमतें बढ़ने के कारण बिल्डरों ने भी काम धीमा कर दिया है। क्रेडाई के अध्यक्ष विजय अग्रवाल ने कहा कि रॉ मटेरियल के भाव में लगातार इजाफा होने से कीमतें बढ़ रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि माइनिंग में सेस लगाए जाने के बाद से चिप्स के दाम भी बढ़ रहे हैं। रॉ मटेरियल में पत्थर, लाइम स्टॉन आदि के भाव 10 से 15 प्रतिशत तक बढ़ गए हैं। वहीं, बारिश के कारण ईंटे भी गीली रह जा रही है।

घर-फ्लैट की बिक्री काफी घट गई : विजय

क्रेडाई अध्यक्ष विजय अग्रवाल ने कहा कि इस समय घर-फ्लैट का सेल काफी डल चल रहा है। बरसात के कारण बिक्री कम है। बालू समेत कई बिल्डिंग मटेरियल के भाव बढ़े हुए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि 15 जून के बाद एनजीटी का रोक लग जाने के बाद से बालू की कमी होने लगेगी। इस कारण अभी बालू के भाव में तेजी है। आम लोगों को घर

बिल्डर मनोज पांडे ने बताया कि अभी घर-फ्लैट की बिक्री कमजोर पड़ी हुई है। बालू की नीलामी सही तरीके से नहीं होने के कारण रेट बढ़ी हुई है। बारिश के मौसम में काम तो स्लो रहता ही है। मटेरियल कॉस्ट बढ़ने से काम और स्लो हो जाएगा। इसका असर लेबर पर भी पड़ेगा। सभी बिल्डर के लिए बिल्डिंग बनाने का कॉस्ट 10 से 15 प्रतिशत तक बढ़ गया है।

मटेरियल की कीमतें

रक्षा राज्यमंत्री ने विधायक सीपी सिंह और कार्यकर्ताओं के साथ मोटरसाइकिल से एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर का लिया जायजा |

रातू रोड एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर का निर्माण पूरा हो गया है। 10 जून तक इसका उद्घाटन कराने की तैयारी थी, लेकिन अब जून के अंतिम सप्ताह में उद्घाटन होगा। केन्द्रीय सड़क एवं परिवहन मंत्री नितिन गडकरी से एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर का उद्घाटन कराया जाएगा। यह जानकारी केन्द्रीय रक्षा राज्यमंत्री संजय सेठ ने गुरुवार को एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर का निरीक्षण करने के क्रम में दी। उन्होंने विधायक सीपी सिंह के साथ मोटरसाइकिल से एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर का जायजा लिया।

एनएचएआई के अधिकारियों को बचे हुए सभी कार्यों को अगले तीन सप्ताह में हर हाल में पूरा करने का निर्देश दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि नॉइस बैरियर, ग्रिल आैर पौधा रोपण सहित रंग-रोगन का काम जल्द पूरा करें, ताकि उद्घाटन कराया जा सके।

जाम से राहत मिलेगी, 30 मिनट समय भी बचेगा

रातू रोड एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर का काम 2022 में शुरू हुआ था। इसका काम मार्च 2024 में पूरा हो जाना था, लेकिन प्रोजेक्ट पूरा होने में विलंब हो गया। इसकी लंबाई 3.76 किलोमीटर है। इस कॉरिडोर के बनने से हरमू रोड, पहाड़ी टोला, इंद्रपुरी, शिवपुरी, पिस्कामोड़, सर्ड और आईटीआई बस स्टैंड, पंडरा, रातू से आने वाले लोगों को बड़ी राहत मिलेगी। रोजाना हजारों लोगों का 30 मिनट का समय बचेगा, क्योंकि जाम से लोगों को राहत मिलेगी।

एनसीएसटी सदस्य ने अधिकारियों की कार्यशैली पर जताई नाराजगी

रांची | राष्ट्रीय अनुसूचित जनजाति आयोग (एनसीएसटी) की सदस्य डॉ. आशा लकड़ा ने सिरमटोली फ्लाईओवर रैंप विवाद में अधिकारियों की कार्यशैली पर नाराजगी जताई है। दरअसल, आयोग ने पथ निर्माण विभाग के प्रधान सचिव, उपायुक्त आैर रांची नगर निगम के प्रशासक को समन जारी कर गुरुवार को नई दिल्ली में आयोग के कार्यालय में उपस्थित होने को कहा था। लेकिन निर्धारित तिथि पर संबंधित अधिकारी एनसीएसटी कार्यालय नहीं पहुंचे। पथ निर्माण सचिव ने नीति आयोग की बैठक का हवाला देते हुए आने में असमर्थता जताई थी। इस पर आशा लकड़ा ने नाराजगी जताई। कहा कि 3 जून को एनसीएसटी की टीम फ्लाईओवर का निरीक्षण करेगी। अधिकारियों को उपस्थित रहने का निर्देश दिया गया है।
